Registered Dietitian
Under the direction of the Nursing Services Manager and in conjunction with the Medical Providers, the Registered Dietitian is responsible for the development, promotion, coordination, and implementation of nutrition education to Access patients. These initiatives can be completed through individual appointments, group classes, phone follow-up and case management. The Registered Dietitian focuses on counseling and instruction to assist the patient in making diet, exercise, and lifestyle changes in an effort to maintain or enhance overall health.

Required Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Nutrition Sciences or Dietetics.
- Credential issued by the Academy of Nutrition and Dietetics as a Registered Dietitian.
- Certified Diabetes Care and Education Specialist.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Fluent in English and Spanish
- Experience working with clients from diverse backgrounds and cultural experiences
