Essential Responsibilities
As an Administrative Assistant you are the backbone of our Employment Services department. You will be engaging in things like:
- Serving as the go-to expert for the team, be a positive role model
- Completing administrative duties and quality assurance activities
- Creating and distributing reports, assisting with the record audit processes & department/employee trainings
- Managing a referral list, and communicating with people who want services
- Maintaining data in our electronic healthcare record system
- Facilitating transportation supports
Requirements

You will need…..
- A passion to make a difference, and the desire to learn.
- Good communication skills and time management skills.
- To pass a Department of Human Services background study.
- Proof of Covid 19 full vaccination or an approved request for exemption before your start date.
- High School Diploma or equivalent.
Work Environment
- Typical work days are Monday-Friday 8-4:30pm, some evenings or weekends for support as needed. 40 hour work week. A supportive and interactive work team.
