- Lead day-to-day HR operations, ensuring consistent, compliant processes across onboarding, offboarding, performance actions, and documentation.
- Own employee relations and HR compliance, partnering with leadership on sensitive issues and practical resolutions.
- Build and execute a hiring strategy to support significant near-term growth across operational and leadership roles.
- Establish scalable people programs (training, development, early-career pipelines) to reinforce a consistent “way of doing things.”
- Oversee benefits/leave administration and key HR systems/processes; coach and develop junior HR support as the function matures.
- Progressive HR leadership experience with a hands-on style in a small-mid-size organization
- Proven ability to develop and execute talent acquisition and recruiting strategies to support growth (workforce planning, sourcing approach, process design, stakeholder alignment).
- Strong foundation in core HR functions (employee relations, performance management, documentation, compliance).
- Working knowledge of employment practices and leave administration; experience partnering with brokers/vendors a plus.
- Confident, steady communicator who builds trust with leaders and employees and can navigate change in a fast-paced environment.
