- Travel - less than 10%
- Inspect facilities, equipment, and processes to ensure compliance with OSHA, EPA, and other applicable regulations
- Own all EHS regulatory reporting, permits, and recordkeeping requirements
- Develop, implement, and continuously improve company-wide health and safety programs
- Lead accident investigations, identify root causes, and drive corrective and preventive actions
- Deliver safety training and retraining to employees to promote a strong safety culture
- Serve as the primary point of contact for Safety Data Sheets (SDS) and EHS-related inquiries
- Bachelor’s degree in Occupational Health & Safety, Industrial Hygiene, Engineering, Chemistry, or related field
- Hands-on experience in chemical manufacturing is highly preferred
- 2 years of EHS experience in an industrial or manufacturing environment
- Strong knowledge of OSHA, EPA, and environmental compliance requirements
- Proven ability to influence without authority in technically driven environments
- Background in a high-performing manufacturing facility with strong operational discipline
- Experience creating, maintaining, and auditing EHS documentation and training programs
- ISO 45001/14001 and familiarity with REACH/CLP regulations are a plus
