We are currently looking for an experienced and enthusiastic Human Resource professional to join our Human Resources team! This position is integral to Achieva's success in recruiting talent and engaging employees with their acclimation to our organization.
Experience in human resources, recruiting, marketing, sales, or staffing will make for a great candidate!

Qualifications
Minimum requirements:
- A Bachelors degree in business administration, human resources, marketing, or at least 3 years of experience in a related field.
- Ability to interact with all levels of employees.
Salary/rate:
$50,000
Location:
Main Office, located in South Side.
Travel:
Must have means of transport to our office in South Side, along with various locations around Allegheny/Westmoreland counties.
Position Description
The Talent Specialist will be working with various hiring managers throughout Achieva. They will apply creativity to recruit talent, and operating various means and avenues to recruit new talent/employees. They will work with new employees to ensure their onboarding experience sets them up for success.
Job Responsibilities - Highlights
- Develops, facilitates, and implements all phases of the recruitment process, including screening applicants, scheduling interviews, preparing interview questions, and other hiring/selection materials.
- Collaborate with department managers to identify and draft detailed and accurate job descriptions and hiring criteria.
- Identifies and implements efficient and effective recruiting methods/strategies based on the availability of the role, industry standards, and organizational needs.
- Assist with the interview process, attending and conducting interviews with managers, directors, and other partners.
- Maintains compliance with federal, state, and local employment laws, regulations, and company policies.
- Collaborates with hiring managers and other human resource staff during offer process, identifying and recommending salary ranges, incentives, start dates, and other details.
- Coordinate and attend job fairs and other recruiting events, promoting Achieva as a positive employee experience.
- Provide assistance to new hires within their first 30 days of employment and provide recruitment reports as needed.
- Work with the human resources team to refine recruitment and improve engagement activities.
- Compile reports of recruitment activities.
- Perform other duties as assigned.
