As a full-time Pediatric SLP, you'll provide a blend of early intervention, school-based, and clinic-based services to a diverse population of children. If you're energized by the idea of making a real impact in children's lives (and having a blast doing it), we'd love to meet you
What You'll Do:
- Conduct comprehensive evaluations using standardized assessment tools
- Develop individualized IFSP, IEP, and clinic goals
- Implement evidence-based, age-appropriate treatment plans
- Provide ongoing documentation and progress updates to families, school teams, and early intervention staff
- Collaborate closely with a multidisciplinary team of therapists
- Deliver therapy in a variety of settings: clinic, home, and school
- Make a lasting difference in children's lives through creativity, patience, and play
What We're Looking For:
Degree in Speech-Language Pathology
Licensed (or eligible) to practice in Virginia
Strong foundation in communication, phonological, and oral-motor disorders
Compassionate, playful, and motivated personality
Excellent documentation and communication skills
Ability to thrive in fast-paced, collaborative settings
Clinical Fellows (CFs) are encouraged to apply
