Description
The Compliance and Training Specialist will be tasked with ensuring Acme drivers comply with all regulatory requirements and internal policies. The main duties include data entry, recordkeeping, and coordinating all training for the different requirements needed for all drivers.
· Basic skills relative to office administration (answering calls, email)
· Data Entry of updating driver records
· Coordinating and scheduling all training for drivers
· Pulling, analyzing, and record keeping of all training for drivers
· Administrator of the IADC Rig Pass process for drivers
· Administrator of all truck and trailer inspections
· Other compliance duties as assigned by the Compliance Manager
Requirements
· Completion of High School
· Knowledgeable of basic computer skills with experience with word documents and excel
· Attention to detail
· The ability to follow and develop processes
· Problem- solving skills
· Strong communication skills
