Job Summary
We are seeking a part-time Controller provide leadership over our invoice and travel expense programs. Our business is growing and this is the start of our support needs in areas related to finance and accounting. .
Responsibilities and Duties
Oversee the company's invoicing process.
Verify the accounting on travel expense reports.
Assist the leadership team with budget preparation.
Mine data from various systems to support market intelligence and price analysis.
Perform ad hoc reports in federal government contract management portals.
Qualifications and Skills
- Excellent MS Excel skills to include the ability to create pivot tables.
- Leadership in an administrative environment.
- Bachelor's Degree in accounting, finance or business administration.
- Three years in an accounting, finance or business management position.
- Ability to communicate effectively with co-workers and management and can justify financial recommendations.
- Exceptional written and verbal communication skills.
