Job Details
Responsibilities:
- Oversee all financial reporting activities, including monthly, quarterly and annual financial statements, and ensure compliance with accounting principles and regulations.
- Manage the company's accounting system and ensure accurate and timely financial reporting.
- Develop and implement financial policies and procedures to ensure the company's financial stability.
- Work closely with the CFO and senior management team to provide financial analysis and advice on strategic decisions.
- Manage the annual audit process and liaise with external auditors to ensure timely completion of the audit.
- Provide leadership and guidance to the finance team and ensure they are meeting their goals and objectives.
- Ensure compliance with tax laws and regulations and manage tax-related issues.
- Develop and maintain relationships with key stakeholders, including investors, lenders, and regulators.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in accounting, finance or related field required.
- CPA designation highly preferred.
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in a similar role.
- Strong knowledge of accounting principles and regulations.
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Strong leadership and management skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Strong attention to detail and ability to work under pressure.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office and accounting software.
- Experience with financial reporting and audit processes.
