Our successful, employee-owned Arkansas sign manufacturing and installation/service company is searching for an additional highly motivated and detail-oriented person to add to our growing team. The applicant would work in multiple areas learning and gaining experience in print/sign production.
Responsibilities:
- Participate in preparing vinyl for install which includes weeding, masking, trimming and other processes.
- Load material into printer, plotter, and router.
- Keep shop area clean and organized.
- Use and maintain the laminator in an appropriate manner.
- Assist in secondary operations such as installing grommets and taping banners.
- Learn all aspects of vinyl production which includes simple programming, plotting, and technical aspects of vinyl.
- Learn all aspects of material used in our printing and sign production.
- Assist in production area.

- Willing to learn.
- Work well in a fast past environment.
- Enjoy hands on work and always looking to improve.

Job Type: Full-time
Pay: Based on experience.
