Job Title: Licensed Project Architect

Job Description

We are seeking multiple Licensed Project Architects with expertise in Sports/Entertainment or Healthcare Studio projects. The roles available include Architect II in Sports and Healthcare and Project Architect in Healthcare. Responsibilities include executing and enhancing design and technical intent through various project phases, working with team leadership to create code-compliant, client-focused solutions, coordinating with engineering disciplines and consultants, participating in client presentations, supervising small teams, and assisting in the preparation of design documents and presentation materials.

Hard Skills

• Bachelors Degree in Architecture
• 5-13 years of professional experience
• Registered / Licensed Architect
• Revit proficiency
• Experience with projects in unique venues for professional and collegiate sports or healthcare

Soft Skills

• Ability to supervise and direct small teams
• Strong coordination and collaboration with various project stakeholders
• Effective participation in design presentations

Job Type

This is a Contract-to-Hire position with a duration of 12 Month(s).

Work Site

This is a hybrid position requiring some days on-site in Philadelphia, Pennsylvania and some days remote.

Work Environment

The successful candidate will work in a dynamic office environment with over 300 professionals. The project team size typically ranges from 6-8 members including roles such as Project Managers, Junior Architects, and other Design Practice Leads. Standard work hours are from 8 AM to 5 PM.
