Job Title: Architectural Designer

Job Description

As an Architectural Designer, you will be expected to make an immediate impact on our team and workload. Your primary responsibilities will involve using Revit and Sketchup software to move projects through each phase of architecture. This role requires both leadership and client-facing skills, with a focus on production and business development. You will be working specifically on water and wastewater plants, industrial, fabrication, office, or laboratory projects with a focus on infrastructure. This includes transportation, water, wastewater, and electric. Towards the end of the year, your responsibilities will shift more towards business development as the workload decreases.

Hard Skills

• Minimum of 5 years experience moving projects through each phase via Revit model
• Experience with water/wastewater, public infrastructure, industrial/fabrication, office, or laboratory projects
• Proficiency in Revit model software
• Experience with Sketchup

• Strong communication skills

• Ability to manage projects from start to finish

Job Type

This is a Contract-to-Hire position with a duration of 12 Month(s) and 100k-110k salary.

Work Site

This is a hybrid position requiring 2 days on-site in San Francisco, California and 3 days remote.

Work Environment

Currently, we operate on a hybrid schedule with a focus on teamwork and communication. You will be part of an infrastructure team of about 15 people, helping the entire department move projects forward. You will be on the fast track to a Project Manager as well, within a year of being with the firm.
