What are the responsibilities and job description for the Architectural Project Manager position at Actalent?
Our client has an active opening for a 100% Remote Project Manager to assist them with a new client involving commercial retail spaces. This person would be working for one of the nation's largest real estate services companies and be the point of contact for their retail client. This person will be overseeing a team of 2-5 job captains, being in charge of budgeting, scheduling, and administrative duties in addition to producing technical drawings. This is an AutoCAD-based position and the ideal candidate will have 100% proficiency in the software.
Description:
- Manages a team to execute client project needs providing hands-on support when needed
- Develops and executes workflow logistics
- Ensures project deadlines are met
- Overall accountability for client approvals
- Maintain required documentation of all projects and drawings generated
- Ensure that proper backup procedures are carried out to reduce lost data
- Produce Construction Documents using the software AutoCAD
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Architecture
- 5 years of Architectural Project Manager experience
- Must have experience producing Design Architecture for commercial retail clients
- Highly proficient in the application of architectural design standards, practices, techniques, and concepts
- Exceptional in AutoCAD
