Job Title: Phlebotomist

Job Description

We are seeking a skilled Phlebotomist to join our team at a patient service center. The ideal candidate will have experience in drawing blood using straight needles and butterfly needles for harder draws.

Responsibilities

• Perform blood draws using straight needles and butterfly needles.
• Draw blood from infants and pediatric patients.
• Process blood samples accurately.
• Assist with in-state travel to different patient service centers as needed.

Essential Skills

• Proficiency in phlebotomy techniques.
• Experience with straight needle blood draws.
• Bilingual in Spanish.
• Ability to draw blood from infants and pediatric patients.

Additional Skills & Qualifications

• 3 years of experience with drawing blood is ideal, but candidates with less experience will be considered.

Work Environment

The position offers a flexible work schedule with shifts from Monday to Friday (8am - 1pm) and rotating Saturdays (7:30am - 1:30pm), totaling 25 - 30.5 hours per week. This role is ideal for candidates who enjoy a change of scenery and in-state travel. Please note that there are no holiday or vacation shifts required.

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $21.00 - $23.00/hr.
