Seeking BIM Tech/Virtual Design Coordinator that will support the development, design, and construction of building facility projects from concept through start-up.

Responsibilities & Duties

• Create, document, and regularly update standardized procedures for all modeling activities to ensure consistency and efficiency. Continuously review these procedures to integrate the latest industry practices and technological advancements.
• Develop and provide necessary modeling components such as families, schedules, and annotations to assist various disciplines. Ensure that all created content is accurate, comprehensive, and aligns with project specifications and standards.
• Utilizing Revit and/or Navisworks, oversee multi-disciplinary coordination within the modeling environment to ensure seamless collaboration across various disciplines.
• Actively participate in projects as an integral member of the design team, contributing expertise in BIM implementation and coordination.
• Provide design support by creating initial drawings, conceptual layouts, or generating detailed plans and specifications for various disciplines within the project team.

Skills & Qualifications

• Two-year technical degree is desired
• Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in building design with increasing levels of responsibility
• Thorough understanding of Revit, family creation, and multi-disciplinary expertise
• Candidate must possess exceptional planning and interpersonal skills
• Capability to effectively manage time in a dynamic work environment
• Must have good communication skills and function effectively in a team environment as a leader while understanding the importance of supporting other people.
