Job Title: BIM Coordinator

Job Description

We are adding a BIM Coordinator to our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for creating and promoting project BIM execution plans, integrating client standards, troubleshooting model interoperability, and providing modeling support to designers. Additionally, you will be expected to learn new tools and assist in teaching others, as well as running clash detection.

Responsibilities

• Attend kick-off meetings
• Create and promote project BIM execution plans
• Integrate client standards
• Troubleshoot model interoperability
• Provide as-needed modeling support to designers
• Learn new tools and help teach others
• Run clash detection

Essential Skills

• Proficiency in Revit, BIM, AutoCAD, and Navisworks
• Understanding of Architecture, VDC, and Construction documents
• Modeling experience
• Experience with Revit MEP

Additional Skills & Qualifications

• Associate's degree in architecture or a related field
• Experience with Revit and Navisworks
• 2 years of experience as a BIM Technician or BIM Coordinator

Work Environment

The work schedule is Monday to Friday from 7:30/8:00 AM to 4:00/4:30 PM.

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $24.00 - $30.00
