Seeking 1 Sr. Associate Scientist
Onsite in Tarrytown, NY
Description:
The Sr. Associate Scientist will be involved in the characterization of antibody therapeutics and support SPR/BLI/ELISA assays for antibody characterization.
Performing SPR/BLI/ELISA assays to support extended characterization of Regeneron's pipeline programs.
Documenting all analytical work in electronic laboratory notebook according to a defined method and provide documentation to the supervisor.

Additional Skills & Qualifications:
BS with a minimum of 3 years of industry experience or MS. with at least 1 year of industry experience.
Proven experience in the general operations of a laboratory and be able to manage and organize data with minimal supervision.
Fundamental technical competencies to perform SPR/BLI and plate based assays, mainly ELISAs.
Experience working with protein or peptide characterization using other biophysical technologies is a plus.
Experience working with protein or peptide purification using liquid chromatography system is a bonus.
Familiarity with electronic Lab notebook (ELN) and laboratory practices regarding notebook documentation is desirable.
