We are seeking a dedicated Cell Therapy Aseptic Operator to assist in clean room qualification, run supplies and materials for clean room operations, and process cells and samples. This role involves working within a manufacturing environment to process cultures, cryopreserve, and manipulate cell products using aseptic techniques while adhering to GMP practices and SOPs. Responsibilities

• Assist in clean room qualification by burden cleaning rooms for testing.
• Run supplies and materials as needed for clean room operation and processing.
• Aseptically gown to enter the clean room for qualification tasks.
• Work within manufacturing to process cells and samples.
• Process cultures, cryopreserve, and manipulate cell products using aseptic techniques.
• Follow GMP practices and adhere to SOPs.
• Support cellular facility operations.
• Perform any and all processing and testing required to produce and assess safe and efficacious products.
• Work with batch records, cell expansions, volume reductions, depletions, and enrichments.
• Support clinical trials.

Essential Skills

• Experience with aseptic techniques.
• Experience in pharmaceutical and laboratory environments.
• Previous experience working within a biology lab, either academic or industry.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
• Experience with lab gowning.

Additional Skills & Qualifications

• Associate's or Bachelor's degree in biology or related scientific field is a plus.
• Ability to effectively communicate within a team environment.
• Experience with stem cell preparation, cell/tissue culture.

Work Environment

This role involves working in clinical manufacturing labs, requiring flexibility with shifts. Initially, training will be Monday to Friday from 8 am to 4 pm for the first 2-3 months. Once permanent, the schedule will be Thursday-Friday and Sunday-Monday, working four ten-hour shifts. Candidates must be flexible to work 1st or 2nd shifts, including weekends, and be adaptable to changing shift times. The work environment is a clean room setting, requiring aseptic gowning. This position offers substantial training and growth potential within the first year.

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $29.00 - $29.78/hr.
