Job Title: Chemical Operator

Job Description

The Chemical Operator will be responsible for formulation work, mixing batches of chemicals for the scale-up of the product. You will execute a batch schedule, manage raw materials, and monitor the process. Key responsibilities include performing operations as described in SOPs and GMPs, testing the quality of raw materials and products through chemical analysis, conducting experimental batch mixing, adjusting and documenting experimental batch mixes until finished products meet specific specifications, collecting and processing data for analysis, sampling, inspecting, measuring, and approving components and chemicals for production usage, inspecting and approving finished products, and verifying packaging weights and labeling.

Hard Skills

Job Type

This is a contract position with a duration of 2 Month(s).

Work Site

This is a fully on-site position in Conshohocken, Pennsylvania.

Work Environment

One on 2nd shift (2pm-10pm) and another operator on 3rd (10pm-6am) in a pilot scale manufacturing
