Entry-Level Civil Engineer
We’re looking for a motivated and detail-oriented Civil Engineer (0–3 years of experience) to join our team. This is your chance to work on projects that shape communities—ranging from residential and commercial land development to municipal infrastructure improvements.
As part of our collaborative team, you’ll gain hands-on experience in areas like contour grading, stormwater management, sanitary sewer design, and more. You’ll learn from seasoned engineers and project managers who are invested in your growth.
What You’ll Do
- Design and prepare grading plans, stormwater systems, and sanitary sewer layouts for private and municipal projects.
- Use AutoCAD Civil 3D to create accurate models, drawings, and documentation.
- Assist in site development planning, including zoning research, permitting, and utility coordination.
- Collaborate with internal teams and external stakeholders to ensure project success.
- Support projects from concept through construction, including field visits and client meetings.
- Ensure designs meet local, state, and federal regulations.
What We’re Looking For
- Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering or related field.
- 0–3 years of experience in civil/site engineering.
- Proficiency in AutoCAD Civil 3D.
- Strong analytical, communication, and teamwork skills.
- Familiarity with land development standards, stormwater regulations, and municipal design practices.

This is a Contract to Hire position based out of Milwaukee, WI.
Pay and BenefitsThe pay range for this position is $60000.00 - $85000.00/hr.
