Description:
Seeking a civil engineer to add to their land development team to perform engineering site plan and subdivision design using relevant software and Civil 3D technology, complete engineering, stormwater, drainage and utility calculations for constructions plans in accordance with applicable standards, and work to complete design details and plan sets for commercial and residential projects.
Additional Skills & Qualifications:
• Bachelor's or master's degree in Civil Engineering
• Virginia Professional Engineering Licensure preferred
• Minimum three years of experience in Civil Engineering Land Development Design
• Working knowledge of AutoCAD Civil 3D software
• Legally eligible to work in the Unites States

Work Environment:
- 40 hours per week Monday through Friday
- 8:00AM - 4:00PM with a break for lunch
Team:
- Working with a group of 4 other CAD Technicians, which are split between engineering and surveying.
- All utilizing Civil 3D and Carlson software to perform drafting and design on surveying and engineering documents.
- Will be utilizing two monitors to perform production drafting.
