Job Title: Civil Engineer

Job Description

We seek a dedicated Civil Engineer with 0-4 years of experience to join our dynamic team. In this role, you will assist in the preparation of plans, specifications, supporting documents, and permit applications, ensuring they are complete, accurate, and in accordance with best engineering practices. You will also help prepare calculations for cost estimates and other documentation for various engineering projects. You must establish and maintain effective working relationships within a team environment, respond to comments, and meet project deadlines.

Hard Skills

• B.S. in Civil Engineering
• Experience with AutoCAD (Civil 3D) and full Microsoft Office Suite
• Experience with Microstation (OpenRoads) not required but a plus
• Strong written communication skills for writing in a technical format

Soft Skills

• Critical thinking and problem-solving skills
• Ability to handle multiple tasks concurrently
• Flexibility to changes in work assignments
• Detail and quality-oriented
• Effective teamwork and collaboration

Job Type

This is a Contract-to-Hire position with a duration of 12 Month(s).

Work Site

This is a fully on-site position in Salt Lake City, Utah.

Work Environment

In office with flexibility to work from home and travel to job sites occasionally.
