Job Description

• Seeking a Construction Project Coordinator to join our growing Clean Energy Deployment team!
• This position has a hybrid work schedule. Will be in office 1-2 days a week.
• The ideal candidate will be hyper-organized, creative, proactive, goal-oriented, and efficient.
• We are looking for someone who is constantly three steps ahead of the crowd and will operate with a sense of urgency and excitement in achieving their goals!
• This role will give the candidate a holistic exposure to different areas of the company and the solar industry.

Responsibilities:

• Manage: responsible for managing and balancing the administrative tasks associated with a pipeline of solar construction projects from inception through closeout.
• Organize: ability to organize the administrative workload and communicate effectively is key to our success!
• Support the Deployment Operations team with administration tasks to meet deadlines and key milestones.
• Assist the Deployment Operations team with issuing project agreements and EPC contracts.
• Initiate the onboarding process with new contractors and renewals for existing contractors.
• Process purchase orders and change orders based on requests from Development, Engineering, and Construction Teams.
• Track and follow up on outstanding items which may include change orders, missing contract items, updated schedules, etc.
• Support the Clean Energy Deployment team with operation and process improvement initiatives with Project Management platforms.
• Support the Clean Energy Deployment team with multiple reporting initiatives.

• Basic computer skills (Email, Word, Excel)

• Experience or working knowledge of construction industry (preferred)
• Bachelor’s Degree (preferred)
• Experience or working knowledge of NetSuite, Procore, SalesForce, SharePoint (beneficial but not required)
