We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Project Coordinator to join our Site Development team based in MA, which is responsible for delivering new assets and managing capital improvement and structural redevelopment projects across the company’s U.S. portfolio. In this role, you will provide essential coordination and task-level support to Construction Managers, partnering cross-functionally to help ensure projects are completed smoothly and on schedule. Your responsibilities will include tracking programs and projects from inception through close-out, managing documentation and data uploads across internal and external systems, organizing central project files, and handling purchase order creation, updates, and receipts within the Oracle financial system. You will also support project-level financial tracking by maintaining and updating fee lines, playing a critical role in keeping construction and development efforts organized, compliant, and on track.
This is a 12-month remote contract position offering a pay rate of $20–$24 per hour, depending on experience. While the role is remote, there is a strong preference for candidates based in the Massachusetts area.

Responsibilities:
- Build and maintain strong relationships with internal teams to help coordinate project and program deliverables.
- Work closely with cross-functional teams to support all phases of projects and subprojects.
- Track and manage project data to ensure accurate forecasting and reporting across systems like OBIEE, iProcurement, and Siterra.
- Join deployment calls and partner with Construction and Project Managers to update milestone dates in project trackers and databases.
- Keep project files organized and make sure all systems are up to date with only the necessary documents.
- Handle the purchase order process, flag any issues for review, log POs, and coordinate invoicing.
- Join Accounting calls as needed to help review project costs and support budget transfers in Oracle.
- Gather and submit new vendor setup documents, and manage check requests from start to finish.
- Communicate regularly with Construction Managers, Senior Construction Managers, and Regional Directors to help resolve open items or urgent issues.
- Take on other coordination and administrative tasks as needed.
- Bachelor’s degree required; equivalent work experience may be considered in lieu of a degree.
- 3–5 years of administrative experience required, with at least 2 years in the telecommunications industry preferred.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel is essential; familiarity with SmartSheet is a plus.
- Basic understanding of wireless site acquisition and construction is preferred.
- Occasional travel (approximately 5%) may be required to support project needs.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to clearly convey ideas and recommendations.
- Proven ability to collaborate effectively across departments and with employees at all levels.
- Excellent organizational and time management skills, with the ability to prioritize multiple tasks and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
