The ideal candidate will be a motivated and ambitious professional looking to gain “end to end” recruiting and account management experience. Requirements:

• Bachelor’s Degree
• 1-2 years of customers services / sales experience
• Exceptional communication skills - written and verbal
• Well versed in social media and technology applications
• High-energy and Self-directed
• Ability to work in a team environment
• Ability to make a daily outbound sales and recruiting calls
• Willingness to meet with clients and candidates daily.
