Global Marketing Manager - Content & Campaigns - Boston, MA
We are seeking candidates for a Global Marketing Manager - Content & Campaigns position with a highly successful investment management firm located in Boston, MA. This position will join the firm’s Global Marketing team and will be responsible for developing global content strategies, managing promotional campaigns and campaign oversight. The ideal candidate will have 3 years of marketing experience with a strong focus on digital marketing, content strategy, and campaign execution within the financial services industry.
This is a 12 month contract position that will pay $43-46/hr (depending on experience) within a 40-hour workweek. This position is required to be onsite 4 days per week in their Boston office.

Responsibilities:
- Craft compelling content strategies with the editorial team to showcase thought leadership and market insights through outlooks, videos, podcasts, and more.
- Guide content development across digital platforms, including web, social, email, and paid media.
- Design and launch global paid campaigns that boost brand awareness and spark audience engagement with the firm’s content.
- Align content efforts with broader marketing goals in close collaboration with marketing and digital teams.
- Track and interpret performance data to uncover insights and optimize content and campaigns.
- Stay ahead of industry trends to keep content fresh, relevant, and impactful.
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Advertising, or a related field is required.
- 3 years of hands-on experience in media planning/buying, content strategy, or brand marketing.
- Adobe Workfront experience is preferred.
- Proven ability to manage projects and develop integrated campaigns.
- Solid knowledge of digital marketing channels and paid media tactics, including display, programmatic, sponsored content, and PPC.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Sharp analytical mindset with strong attention to detail.
