What You’ll Be Doing
- Representing clients in a range of CLO transactions and other structured finance deals
- Advising arrangers, asset managers, and institutional investors
- Drafting and negotiating complex transaction documents
- Coordinating with internal and external parties to manage deal execution
- Staying current on relevant regulatory and market developments
About You
- 2–6 years of experience in CLO or structured finance transactions, OR strong general finance background
- Strong drafting, communication, and organizational skills
- Able to manage multiple matters and deadlines effectively
- Interest in relocating to a major legal market (relocation candidates welcome)
- Eagerness to contribute to a collegial and driven team environment
