What You’ll Be Doing
- Structuring securitizations and asset-backed transactions across varied asset classes
- Representing funds, issuers, and underwriters in complex financial arrangements
- Working with assets such as solar loans, royalties, trade receivables, and more
- Collaborating across offices with integrated legal and financial teams
- Navigating bespoke, cross-border structured finance transactions
About You
- 2–5 years of structured or asset finance experience at a large law firm
- Familiarity with innovative or niche asset classes
- Interest in complex finance products and evolving market structures
- Collaborative mindset and strong communication skills
