What are the responsibilities and job description for the Construction Project Coordinator position at Actalent?

Manages energy utility projects to ensure adherence to budget, schedule, and scope. Performs the project coordination function by creating and maintaining project budgets, schedules, and delivery expectations; while evaluating and managing scope, risk, and profitability. Ensures project safety and internal compliance by effectuating clear communication with customers, key stakeholders, and internal management.
Primary Duties and Responsibilities
- Work with customers to ensure projects stay on time and on budget
- Dealing with running power to single family homes
- Track high volume of projects
- Coordinate crews for line extensions
- Work with design project managers for seamless project transfer
Experience Requirements:
- Experience dealing with difficult customers
- Experience tracking projects (high project volume)
- Experience with some sort of construction, utilities, engineering, etc would be preferred
