Job Title: Distribution Engineer

Job Description

We are currently seeking Entry Level Distribution Engineers to join our team in Florida. The successful candidate will support power distribution infrastructure upgrades and storm hardening projects across the state. This role involves engineering calculations and design tasks such as replacing deteriorating cables, moving overhead lines to underground, reconductoring existing distribution lines, and replacing aging poles. Additionally, the role includes performing structural analysis of poles, guying, cable pulling, electric demand, fault currents, and coordination of protective devices.

This is a Contract-to-Hire position with a duration of 12 Month(s).

Work Site

This is a fully on-site position in Maitland, Florida.

Work Environment

Work is performed at the Maitland office. The environment is highly collaborative, ideal for Entry Level individuals who will undergo extensive On-The-Job Training. The office comprises about 40-50 Engineers and Designers, providing a great learning and growth atmosphere.
