Job Title: Data Center Construction Superintendent

Job Description

We are seeking an experienced Data Center Construction Superintendent for a short-term project in the Phoenix, AZ metro area. This project involves fiber pulls, installation of new racks, and work within existing conduits. The position requires managing a subcontractor on site and splitting hours with another superintendent. The project is scheduled to start on January 6 and will last for 4-6 weeks.

Responsibilities

• Manage authorization and daily scope of work (SOW)
• Oversee vendor management
• Supervise subcontractor management
• Coordinate fiber pulls and installation of new racks within existing conduits
• Ensure adherence to project schedule and milestones

Essential Skills

• 5 years of experience in data center construction or industrial projects
• Proficiency with Procore
• Experience in schedule management
• Vendor and subcontractor management skills

Additional Skills & Qualifications

• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
• Strong communication and organizational skills

Work Environment

The work schedule involves 5 days of 12-hour shifts and 2 days of 10-hour shifts, with potential adjustments as you will be splitting hours with another superintendent. The project offers mileage reimbursement and adheres to a 90-95% GSA rate. The work will be conducted in a data center environment, requiring adherence to safety and operational protocols.

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $60.00 - $65.00
