Job Title: Estimator

Job Description

We are seeking a detail-oriented and experienced Estimator to analyze construction documents and blueprints, determine factors that may influence cost, and estimate materials and costs of labor for projects. This role involves building relationships with contractors and vendors, managing bids, and utilizing bid data to prepare cost analyses.

Essential Skills

• Experience in construction and blueprint analysis.
• Proficiency in construction management and estimating software.
• Knowledge of construction documents, bidding, and preconstruction.
• Experience in commercial construction and cost estimation.
• Previous estimator experience required.

Additional Skills & Qualifications

• Steel industry experience preferred.
• Attention to detail.
• Ability to deliver accurate bids.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
