Job Title: Formulation Chemist

Job Description

We are seeking a Formulation Chemist to join our dedicated team. In this role, you will perform chemical formulation and product development of pigments and inhibitors. This includes sourcing raw materials, developing chemical formulas, and establishing quality testing metrics. Your role will also involve assisting production with scale-up, conducting research experiments to determine the viability of chemical formulas, and managing multiple projects to ensure adherence to timelines. You will also work with regulatory bodies to ensure compliance of all raw materials and completed formulas. As an integral part of our team, you will train, guide, and coach less experienced chemists on daily R&D activities and formulation processes.

Work Environment

You will be working in an R&D chemical laboratory. The working hours are 1st shift, Monday through Friday, with flexible hours.

Salary : $90,000 - $130,000
