What are the responsibilities and job description for the Foster Care Supervisor position at Actalent?
- Primary responsibilities include providing supervision to assigned case managers and coordinating all services to meet the ongoing needs of assigned clients through case managers.
- This individual will monitor individual treatment plans, intake documents, and monthly reports of case managers in compliance with EEC regulations.
- Other duties include facilitating weekly team meetings, developing policies and procedures, and providing after-hours on-call support on a regular, rotating basis.
- Other duties as assigned and needed.
Qualifications
- Minimum requirements include a Master's degree in a human service-related field.
- Successful candidates must also be familiar with trauma-informed care, and three years' prior supervisory experience, and three years' prior clinical experience.
- Candidates must have a valid driver's license with ability to travel within a reasonable distance from Malden, MA.
