Job Title: Inspector

Job Description

Our client is looking for Inspectors to replace lead service lines with copper ones. Responsibilities include inspecting water mains and other structures to ensure structural soundness, safety, and compliance with code and regulations. You will document inspection results, monitor progress, and contribute to construction and project status reports. The role involves overseeing and coordinating construction-related services, conducting on-site investigations, and reviewing relevant data such as maps, reports, tests, and drawings. Compliance with guidelines and regulations, including permits and safety, is essential.

Hard Skills

• OSHA 10
• 1 years of construction experience
• Bilingual in Spanish

• Strong communication skills

Work Site

This is a fully on-site position in Edison, New Jersey.

Work Environment

Will be canvassing and surveying the area. Inspectors will use a mobile app on a tablet to guide their tasks, inspect pipes, and take photos. The project site is in Woodbridge, NJ, with work hours from 8:30 am to 5:30 pm. The position requires a vehicle, and mileage will be reimbursed. There are opportunities for overtime pay.
