Description:
Our client is an A&E firm that provide services that take a project from start to finish—from an initial study to determine a project’s feasibility to construction administration and start up, and everything in between. They are currently hiring Interior Designer – Multifamily Studio in our Architecture division at our Charlotte, NC and Richmond, VA offices. The ideal candidate should understand the importance of client confidence/satisfaction for repeat business and be able to work with limited supervision.
Responsibilities:
-Produce Project documents in Revit
-Respond to client’s questions and requests in a timely manner
-Coordinate with MEP and structural consultants
Qualifications:
-A minimum of 3 years of architectural experience in a production environment
-Bachelor’s degree from an accredited School of Architecture
-Registered Architect or on track to become licensed
-Computer skills must include Revit proficiency (3 years of Revit experience minimum)
-Knowledge of effort and time require to produce drawings for presentation, zoning and contract documents
-Passion for building design
-Strong communication skills in both verbal and written form
-Must exhibit good inter-personal skills and diplomacy
-Rendering ability from Revit is a major plus
-Applied understanding of building systems and costs
-Understanding of building and accessibility codes
-Ability to solve technical issues
-Work samples that demonstrate your Revit experience is required.
