Description:
Actalent is seeking a 3-5 year Architectural Designer or Job Captain to join the team of a firm in Greenwood Village, CO. This person will be supporting projects such as community, K-12, multifamily, office spaces, water/wastewater and religious buildings.

Responsibilities:
- Develop SD (schematic designs)
- Develop CD (construction documents)
- Develop DD (design development)
- Create 3D models
- Create rendering
Skills & Qualifications:
- 3-5 years experience as a job captain supporting commercial or multifamily projects
- Bachelors degree in architecture
- Revit proficiency
- Must have CD experience
- Must have rendering capabilities
