Job Title: Environmental Monitoring Analyst

Job Description

Join our dynamic Environmental Monitoring Team at a global bio-pharmaceutical company specializing in generic sterile injectable manufacturing. This role involves viable and non-viable monitoring of manufacturing areas, including air, water, and surface sampling. Responsibilities include logging samples in a proprietary LIMS and adhering to cGMP documentation practices.

Hard Skills

• Science degree preferably in biology or microbiology
• 0-1 years industry experience in environmental monitoring
• Experience performing aseptic technique
• Understanding of aseptic technique in pharmaceutical manufacturing

Soft Skills

• Desire to work in the pharmaceutical industry
• Very strong work ethic
• Flexibility to adapt to changing schedules and work environments

Work Environment

The work environment involves 80% time in the manufacturing areas for sampling and 20% in the laboratory. Training includes a transition to team schedules post initial training, which spans 6-8 weeks. The team consists of 45-50 people split across day and night shifts, with a necessity for strict adherence to gowning protocols in designated areas.
