Entry Level Lab Technician for the Tampa area!

Job Description

We're seeking a dedicated Lab Technician to perform routine laboratory functions supporting scientific experiments and investigations. This role involves setting up, testing, adjusting, calibrating, and maintaining laboratory equipment and apparatus such as titrators, pH meters, and centrifuges. The successful candidate will record, analyze, and write reports, reviews, and summaries on the findings of experiments and trials. Duties also include collecting and preparing samples, solutions, cultures, and specimens, and ensuring safe disposal of waste. The Lab Technician will also enforce strict health and safety regulations and stay up-to-date with relevant scientific developments to improve the efficiency of lab operations.

Work Site

This is a fully on-site position in Plant City, Florida.

Work Environment

This position involves M-F, 8-hour shifts working in a laboratory to support the on-site chemist with lab assistant/technician responsibilities.
