Job Description

The Laboratory Technician will be responsible for lab testing, plating, and analyzing samples and finished products. This includes testing acids, flavors, and other physical components of dairy cultures and running tests on fats.

Work Environment

This position is based in a deadline-driven laboratory/manufacturing environment where the focus is on both quantity and quality. The role involves working in the lab, manufacturing floor, coolers, and experiencing all temperatures in Tampa.
