Job Title: Facilities Maintenance and Calibration Planner
Job Description
The main purpose of the role is to coordinate, plan, and schedule all facilities maintenance and calibration activities. This role will work with the facilities and maintenance supervisors, supply chain, and operations to ensure all preventive maintenance, facilities, and calibration activities are completed per schedule and without impacting the production supply. Main responsibilities include: performing the planning, estimating, scheduling, and organizing of facilities maintenance and calibration activities; benchmarking with other sites on cost reduction by materials/equipment cost improvements; acting as the contact point for planned activities including preventive maintenance, facilities shutdowns, calibration, and other activities with engineering, supply chain, and operations; balancing resource utilization and assigning resources accordingly; participating in weekly planning meetings with Supply Chain and Operations; monitoring and maintaining Maintenance Key Performance Indicators; conducting field checks to ensure accuracy of planning activities; performing change control for updates to equipment and maintenance documentation; performing and monitoring equipment status changes including new equipment identification and logging; and entering updates and maintaining Equipment Configurations for compliance.
