What are the responsibilities and job description for the Manufacturing Engineer position at Actalent?
Description:
Support the system owner as needed in the design, development, and qualification of manufacturing execution systems.
- Configure and maintain system masterdata for new and existing clinical programs.
- Support the rollout of MES software by updating relevant documentation, end user training, and managing user accounts.
- Provide MES support for production that includes hours outside of normal business hours. (weekends, holidays, nights and on call)
- Willingness to learn GxP systems in addition to MES, such as Laboratory Information Management Systems.
- The individual in this role will be managing errors on the production floor (training will be provided)
- Helping to solve errors and come up with basic solutions for technicians
- Managing electronics batch records
- Monitoring process through slack

- Proven critical thinker with strong logical and analytical skills
