Key Responsibilities:
- Define and control production processes, including tooling and equipment.
- Validate design specifications and shop floor application of new products, tools, or equipment.
- Develop and update work instructions for new and legacy products, including manufacturing specifications and standard operating procedures.
- Support assembly equipment purchases through installation.
- Collaborate with a cross-functional team of Production Supervisors, Quality Engineers, and other stakeholders to ensure seamless production operations.

Education & Experience:
- Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering (Manufacturing, Mechanical, Aerospace, or Materials preferred) from an accredited university or college.
- Minimum 5 years’ experience in Defense and Aerospace manufacturing.
