Job Title: Inspector
We are looking for an experienced Electrical/Mechanical Assembler with a proven track record in manufacturing. The ideal candidate will have at least one year of hands-on experience and possess the skills necessary to handle the assembly of intricate electrical and mechanical components. You will work in a collaborative team environment to ensure the timely and accurate assembly of products that meet our high-quality standards.
Key Responsibilities:
- Assemble electrical and mechanical components according to engineering specifications and drawings.
- Conduct tests on assembled components to guarantee functionality and safety.
- Troubleshoot and repair any assembly issues, ensuring compliance with quality requirements.
- Operate various hand and power tools safely and efficiently.
- Maintain a clean and organized workspace to promote a safe working environment.
- Collaborate with team members and other departments to streamline assembly processes and improve productivity.
- Document assembly processes and report any discrepancies or concerns to supervisors.
- Adhere to company policies, safety standards, and quality assurance protocols.
Qualifications:
- Minimum of 1 year of experience in electrical and/or mechanical assembly in a manufacturing setting.
- Proficiency in reading and interpreting technical documents, schematics, and blueprints.
- Familiarity with hand tools, power tools, and precision measuring instruments.
- Strong attention to detail and ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
- Effective communication skills and the ability to work both independently and as part of a team.
- Basic understanding of electrical and mechanical principles.
