Job Description
- Perform routine investigations and tests on transmission line components in accordance with established technical work instructions, industry standards, and client procedures
- Perform routine mechanical and electrical tests, investigations, and technical studies for customers in one or more disciplines such as mechanical, electrical, chemical, non-destructive evaluation, and material science
- Assemble test setups with data acquisition systems
- Participate in the analysis of test results and data by use of standard software packages
- Prepare reports and ensure customer satisfaction by following good quality and safety practices
- Perform shipping, receiving, calibration, and maintenance of equipment & supplies

Work Environment
BRAND NEW 30,000 sq/ft lab in Louisville, KY
Temperature controlled
4 10's schedule OR 5 8's if preferred
Line view robot testing area, thermomechanical testing lab area, current cycle testing lab
ArcWear division in the same building - textile testing lab for fire fighter uniforms - drop tests, cutting, fire, and stress testing areas of the facility.
