What are the responsibilities and job description for the Mechanical Engineer position at Cypress HCM?

Must have 3 years of experience designing and/or troubleshooting mechanical designs for industrial equipment.
- Must be proficient in 2D drafting and 3D modeling.
- have demonstrated ability to perform root cause analysis of electro/mechanical systems.
- problem-solving skills required.
- be a self-starter and able to make independent decisions.
- be able to create pneumatic schematics, floorplans, assembly and part models.
- have a good working knowledge of mechanical theory and industry practice.
- be able to work in a fast-paced, customer driven environment and be able to effectively manage multiple projects.
- in basic computer skills including Microsoft Office suite is required.

- possess good communication/interaction skills.
- Experience designing OEM equipment a plus.
- Solid works experience a plus.
- Experience with Finite Element Analysis and Continuous Improvement a plus.
