This position is with the 2nd largest healthcare organization in CT! They are seeking 2 Medical Assistants to join their office.
Schedule: Monday-Friday 8-430/830-5 (NO NIGHTS OR WEEKENDS)
Description:
Job Description: As a member of the patient care team you will assist providers and nursing staff with daily offices duties including but limited to: rooming patients and vitals, respond to patient messages, prescription refills, assist at the front desk, etc.
Qualifications:
- Must have 1 years of experience working in a medical office with both clinical and administraive duties
- Medical Assistant diploma from an accredited university OR CNA certification
- Cardiology experience is preferred but not required
- Open to entry level if a sharp candidate
Skills:
Emr, Patient care, Electronic health record, schedule appointments, Prior Authorizations, Vitals, Medical terminology, Rooming, Epic, Cardiology
Additional Skills & Qualifications:
CNA certification only if they have experience in an office or hospital setting
