Job Description

Join our dynamic healthcare team as a Medical Assistant. In this role, you will support providers and nursing staff with daily office duties to ensure exceptional patient care. We are looking for a dedicated individual who is reliable, punctual, and has a strong background in medical assisting.

Responsibilities

• Assist providers and nursing staff with daily office duties
• Perform specific duties that support patient care, including taking vitals and client intake
• Room patients and manage patient documentation
• Work in an outpatient setting
• Ensure timely and accurate communication with patients and staff

Essential Skills

• Medical Assistant Diploma
• 2 years of experience as a Medical Assistant
• Medical Assistant Certification (CMA or RMA)
• Experience with EPIC electronic health record system
• Strong communication skills
• Flexibility and reliability

Additional Skills & Qualifications

• CPR Certification
• Open to entry-level candidates

Work Environment

This role is based in a very fast-paced office, handling 150-200 patients per day with 10-15 minutes per patient. The work environment is strict about punctuality and performance, and you must be available from 8am-5pm with a 30-minute lunch, totaling 40 hours per week. There is potential for conversion or extension, with work hours between 7:45am-5:30pm.

The pay range for this position is $20.00 - $27.00
