Job Title: Medical Laboratory Technician

Responsibilities

• Perform clinical testing in Blood Bank, Chemistry, Hematology, or Microbiology.
• Receive specimens and perform clinical testing.
• Understand method principles and perform quality controls.
• Maintain instruments and interpret results for accuracy, acceptability, and critical limits.

• Bachelor's Degree
• Experience in Microbiology
• Eligibility for AMT or ASCP certification within the year

• Accurate performance and collection of tests while maintaining patient confidentiality.
• Reasoning ability and good independent judgment.
• Strong interpersonal and customer service skills.
• Strong communication skills.
• Willingness to work different shifts, weekends, and/or holidays.
• Ability to work under stress and contribute to the team environment.

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $50000.00 - $80000.00
