PSC Phlebotomist

Job Description

We are seeking a skilled and dedicated phlebotomist to perform blood collections by venipuncture and capillary techniques for patients of all age groups. This role involves collecting specimens for various tests, including drug screens, paternity tests, and alcohol tests, while ensuring accurate data entry and superior customer service.

Responsibilities

• Perform blood collections by venipuncture and capillary techniques for all age groups.
• Collect specimens for drug screens, paternity tests, alcohol tests, and other required tests.
• Accurately enter patient information into the system in a timely manner.
• Process billing information and collect payments as required.
• Prepare all collected specimens for testing and analysis.
• Maintain patient and specimen information logs.
• Provide exceptional customer service to all patients.
• Complete administrative and clerical duties as necessary.
• Travel to additional sites when needed.

Essential Skills

• Phlebotomy certification from an accredited school.
• Proven experience in performing blood draws and specimen collections.
• Exceptional customer service skills.

Schedule

Monday to Friday, 7 am to 4 pm, with a 1-hour lunch break.

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $18.00 - $24.00
